A Garden For Flowers
We were introduced to this garden in 2017 – a desert of pebbles and weed-mat. Hacking and digging, composting (and grunting) the garden started to bloom.
Over time with new garden beds, timber barriers installed, we kept on planting with the seasons. It now regenerates with each season and with regular attention it remains in bloom all year round.
Redesigning A Designed Garden
Following the fabulous design of this garden with it carefully laid out colour palette we have added our own magical touches. This has included adding paths and regular compost and mulch has add life and the colour now shines.
Other areas have been included and all areas of the garden sing.
Where Bush Meets City – Gardening From Scratch
Over four month we took this garden from weeds to wonderful. Hard digging and careful weeding saw 8 cubic metres of weeds removed from this garden. We recovered rocks from the site which along with careful use of ponga logs the compost and mulch has stayed place and the garden can now begin to thrive. And even self-regenerate.
Our latest visit to keep on top of things only produced a mere handful of wandering weed – pretty good we felt when compared to how much we took out
Helping a Gardeners Garden
The client said turn the garden beds 90 degrees, turn the hen house 180 degrees and create better access to the water meter. So re-using the old timber plus a bit more the garden was turned, the hen have new home, the garden has more space and the water meter man can get access to the meter.
